GROUP FITNESS

   Single Class - $12.00

   $59.99 per month w/ NO CONTRACT after initial $19.99+ tax investment

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

   Single 1 Hour session - $149.00

   Includes:
                     Computer analysis of current diet 
                     Customized eating pattern to meet your personal lifestyle
                     Tips and strategies to achieve your goals

MEMBERSHIP RULES

 - Personal Training clients with  a verified membership at another facility can be discounted to a $19.99 per month membership

 - Personal Training clients who prefer no membership can receive personal training at a rate of $48.00 per session

 - Any personal training client who cancels their membership with sessions left on the books will have those sessions converted to the membership rate of $48.00 per session

 - Any group training client who cancels their membership must enter the initial 12 week program to re-enter group training

 - All clients may freeze their membership for a rate of $10.00 per month if they have sessions left on the books
